Using this website

By using this website, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

Scope of service

Swift Key San Diego is a referral service. It matches you with independent local locksmiths; it does not perform locksmith work, employ locksmiths, hold a Bureau of Security and Investigative Services locksmith licence, or set what the locksmith charges. You contract with and pay the locksmith directly. The content on this site is informational. Pricing ranges and recommendations reflect general conditions at the time of writing and may change. Any quote provided in person by the locksmith is the authoritative price for the work performed. Nothing on this site constitutes a contract or guarantee of a specific price or outcome until you receive and accept a written quote.

Service agreements

All locksmith service performed by the locksmiths in our network is governed by a separate written service agreement between you and that locksmith, which you receive before work begins. That agreement, not this site, sets warranty terms, cancellation policy, and payment terms for the work performed. Warranties on the work are the locksmith's; Swift Key San Diego provides none.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, written copy, images, branding, belongs to Swift Key San Diego unless otherwise noted. You may read, share links to, and quote briefly with attribution. Please do not reproduce entire articles, images, or branded materials without permission.

Third-party links

We may link to third-party sites (rebate programs, manufacturer documentation, etc.). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

Information on this site is provided as-is without warranty. Where work is performed under a signed service agreement, that agreement is between you and the locksmith who performs the work, and claims about the work are governed by its terms. For DIY advice on the blog, follow it at your own discretion and stop if anything feels unsafe.
