Service contracts available for property managers and multi-site operators.

What do homeowners ask about Commercial?
What is a master-key system?
A pin configuration that allows one master key to open every lock while each user has a change key that opens only their specific door(s). Useful for offices (owner has master; employees have their own), medical practices (all-access for manager, limited access for staff), and apartment buildings (property manager has master).
Restricted vs. unrestricted keyways, which do I need?
Restricted (Medeco, Mul-T-Lock, Abloy) means no one can cut a duplicate key without our written authorization. Unrestricted (Kwikset, Schlage) means anyone can walk into Home Depot and cut a copy. For small offices with low turnover, unrestricted is fine. For medical, legal, or high-turnover businesses, go restricted.
Do you service panic bars and fire doors?
Yes. We install, repair, and inspect panic exit devices (Von Duprin, Detex, Cal-Royal) and fire-rated hardware. We can also coordinate with your AHJ (fire marshal) on inspection requirements.
Can you integrate with our existing access control system?
Most systems, yes, ProdataKey, Brivo, Kisi, HID, and most IP-based controllers. If you have a legacy system (proprietary from the early 2000s), we'll tell you honestly if a rip-and-replace is smarter than adding on.
Do you offer service contracts?
Yes. Standard contract covers quarterly lock inspections, priority response on emergency calls, and discounted hardware. Makes sense for businesses with 5+ locks or multi-site operators. Ask for a quote.

Locked keys in the car at Target parking lot on a Sunday afternoon. Called and the tech was there in 25 minutes. Used some kind of inflatable wedge and a rod, no damage to the door. Paid what they quoted, no surprises.
Just bought our first house and wanted all the locks rekeyed. Four doors, keyed alike, done in under an hour. The tech explained everything and even showed us how a rekey works. Way cheaper than replacing all the locks like we thought.
My late father's safe had been sitting locked for ten years, we had no combination. Swift Key opened it non-destructively, then helped me change the combo so I could actually use it. Took about 90 minutes. Professional and careful with the safe.
